Sales & Marketing Manager (Jakarta Raya - Tomang)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop dealers' channel business through building their sales capability and competency (GPS-Global Positioning System, Telecommunication & Electronic products)
  • Build and maintain good relationship/rapport with dealers and dealers' sales teams.
  • Ensure that all trade promotions are executed effectively and followed through thoroughly.
  • Take ownership of all sales activation, sales revenue and distribution targets.
  • Draft sales management plan, identify right dealers and effective coverage to achieve sales strategy and sales target.
  • Ensure that distribution guidelines, operational procedures and policies are adhered to properly.

Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma holders with at least 1 - 2 years experience in retail sales and dealer channel management.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Flexible, able to work during weekend or at odd hours.
  • Must be street wise, independent and able handle channel sales management.
  • Have exposure to planning and execution of sales related campaign and promotions.
  • Candidates with experience in Car dealership network, telecommunication and/or electronics product distribution functions will have an added advantage.

Client Relationship Representative for Government Territory
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering the revenue and profit objectives in Government Territory by selling the complete portfolio.
  • Independently selects the appropriate offering and distribution channels to provide solutions to client’s business needs/objectives.
  • Demonstrating a high level of expertise in the IT industry. Collaborate with the extended team in developing sufficient opportunity pipeline to achieve the revenue and product mix objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Bachelor Degree from any major background.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience working as a professional in IT company.
  • Have a strong sales relationship in government territory.
